Achievable Regions and Precoder Designs for the Multiple Access Wiretap Channels With Confidential and Open Messages

چکیده

This paper investigates the secrecy achievable region of multiple access wiretap (MAC-WT) channels where, besides confidential messages, users have also open messages to transmit. All these are intended for legitimate receiver (or Bob brevity) but only need be protected from eavesdropper (Eve). We first consider a discrete memoryless (DM) MAC-WT channel where both and Eve jointly decode their interested messages. By using random coding, we find an rate region, within which perfect can realized, i.e., all communicate with arbitrarily small probability error, while information leaked tends zero. Due high implementation complexity joint decoding, DM simply decodes independently still applies decoding. then extend results in case Gaussian vector (GV) channel. Based on theoretic results, further maximize sum GV system by designing precoders users. Since problems non-convex, provide iterative algorithms obtain suboptimal solutions. Simulation show that compared existing schemes, secure communication greatly enhanced proposed algorithms, contrast works focus network performance, spectrum efficiency effectively improved since simultaneously transmitted.

The Generalized Multiple Access Channel with Confidential Messages

Abstract— A discrete memoryless generalized multiple access channel (GMAC) with confidential messages is studied, where two users attempt to transmit common information to a destination and each user also has private (confidential) information intended for the destination. This channel generalizes the multiple access channel (MAC) in that the two users also receive channel outputs. It is assume...

Relay Channels with Confidential Messages

We consider a relay channel where a relay helps the transmission of messages from one sender to one receiver. The relay is considered not only as a sender that helps the message transmission but as a wire-tapper who can obtain some knowledge about the transmitted messages. In this paper we study the coding problem of the relay channel under the situation that some of transmitted messages are co...

Generalizing Multiple Access Wiretap and Wiretap II Channel Models: Achievable Rates and Cost of Strong Secrecy

In this paper, new two-user multiple access wiretap channel models are studied. First, the multiple access wiretap channel II with a discrete memoryless main channel, under three different wiretapping scenarios, is introduced. The wiretapper, as in the classical wiretap channel II model, chooses a fixedlength subset of the channel uses on which she obtains noise-free observations of one of the ...

On the Gaussian Multiple Access Wiretap Channel and the Gaussian Wiretap Channel with a Helper: Achievable Schemes and Upper Bounds

We study deterministic approximations of the Gaussian two-user multiple access wiretap channel (G-MAC-WT) and the Gaussian wiretap channel with a helper (G-WT-H). These approximations enable results beyond the recently shown 2/3 and 1/2 secure degrees of freedom (s.d.o.f.) for the G-MAC-WT and the G-WT-H, respectively. While the s.d.o.f. were obtained by real interference alignment, our approac...
